WILL YOU ADJUST THE PRICE OF AN ITEM THAT GOES ON SALE SHORTLY AFTER I PURCHASED IT?

In the event that we have a sale and you have purchased an item within 14 days of the sale at regular price we will adjust the cost for you. Please contact us directly via email so that we may assist you.

CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

Of course! Contact us directly to preorder any item that you don't see in stock and we can directly ship to your address or hand deliver. (Available in the Greater Cincinnati area only)

DOES PANDORA'S BOX HAVE MORE THAN ONE BRANCH?

Right we do not have a brick and mortar store but we are available thru the website, email, and social media sites 24 hours a day! Our phone hours are 9am-7pm EST.

CAN I GET MY ITEMS THAT I ORDERED FROM THE WEBSITE THE SAME DAY?

Yes and no. If you are located in the Greater Cincinnati area we may be able to hand deliver your items same day, delivery fee will apply and we ask that you contact us directly to order.
